* AFFECTED AREA...Northern Seward Peninsula, Upper Kobuk Valleys and Lower Koyukuk Valley. * TIMING...From 10 AM AKDT Wednesday through Wednesday evening. * THUNDERSTORM COVERAGE INDEX...Scattered in the Kobuk and Lower Koyukuk. Isolated in the northern Seward Peninsula. * WINDS...North 5 to 10 mph. * HUMIDITY...As low as 38 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Lows in the mid 40s. Highs in the lower 80s. * IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions are expected due to scattered thunderstorms. Thunderstorms will come with frequent lightning and outflow boundaries. Any lightning can cause new ignitions since the fuels are dry and burnable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop in the Upper Kobuk and Lower Koyukuk Valleys. Sea breezes Wednesday afternoon will likely limit thunderstorm potential along the coast
