* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 600 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 353 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sierra Vista and Fort Huachuca. - This includes the following highways... Route 90 between mile markers 319 and 323. Route 92 between mile markers 322 and 326. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
