* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 615 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 412 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sierra Vista, Hereford, Palominas and Coronado National Memorial. - This includes Route 92 between mile markers 333 and 341. This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations...
