* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona from Hereford through Palominas towards Bisbee... * WHEN...Until 615 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 418 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bisbee, Hereford, Palominas and Coronado National Memorial. - This includes Route 92 between mile markers 333 and 353. This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations...
