The National Weather Service in Phoenix has issued a * Dust Advisory for... Maricopa County in south central Arizona... Pinal County in southeastern Arizona... * Until 500 PM MST. * At 417 PM MST, a wall of dust was along a line extending from near Sun Lakes to near Maricopa to 7 miles northeast of Freeman, moving north at 10 mph. HAZARD...Less than three miles visibility with strong wind in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. * This includes the following highways... AZ Interstate 10 between mile markers 156 and 176. US Highway 60 between mile markers 173 and 180. AZ Route 87 between mile markers 157 and 172. Locations impacted include... Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Sun Lakes, Arizona Mills Mall, Tumbleweed Park, Chandler City Hall, South Mountain Park, Bapchule, Fiesta Mall, Estrella Sailport, Chandler Fashion Center Mall, Guadalupe, and Firebird Lake.
