Northwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...
* Until 730 PM MST.
* At 609 PM MST, an area of blowing dust was located 11 miles west of
Willcox, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Less than three miles visibility.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hazardous travel.
* Locations impacted include...
Benson, Willcox, St. David, Dragoon, Pearce-Sunsites, Kartchner
Caverns State Park, Cochise and Texas Canyon.
This includes the following highways...
Route 90 between mile markers 290 and 299. Route 80 between mile
markers 293 and 303. Route 191 between mile markers 53 and 66.
Interstate 10 between mile markers 301 and 347. Route 186 between
mile markers 327 and 337.
Instruction:
Motorists should not drive into an area of blowing dust. PULL ASIDE
