Southeastern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * Until 230 AM MST. * At 1140 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the Douglas area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Douglas, Bisbee-Douglas Airport and Pirtleville. This includes the following highways... Route 80 between mile markers 355 and 388. Route 191 between mile markers 1 and 9.
