* Flash Flood Warning for...
Holbrook in Navajo County in north central Arizona...
* Until 945 PM MST.
* At 647 PM MST, Doppler radar and webcams indicated thunderstorms
producing heavy rain over Holbrook. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
normally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets and
underpasses.

Clearview Heights and Holbrook Municipal Airport.

Fivemile Wash, Little Colorado River, Porter Tank Draw, Tanner
Wash, Puerco River, Digger Wash, Washboard Wash and Leroux Wash.
Instruction:
Flooding of washes and creeks will occur, some dirt roads will become
muddy and impassable. Paved roads and underpasses could become
flooded as well.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
