Description:
At 908 AM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Many areas have received between 1 and 2
inches of rain, with the heaviest rainfall progressing into the areas
around Miami and Globe. An additional 1 to 2 inches of rainfall is
expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
Monitor local washes for rapid water rises.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
