Yavapai County in west central Arizona... * Until 730 PM MST. * At 426 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, normally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Lake Pleasant, Castle Hot Springs, Coles Bay, Castle Creek Boat Ramp, Cottonwood Day Use Area, Goose Bay, Humbug Bay, Casa Rosa and Humbug. This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
