* Until 715 PM MST.
* At 630 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Sky Harbor
Airport, or near Tempe, moving west at 10 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Phoenix, Tempe, Paradise Valley, Laveen, Papago Park, Arizona Mills
Mall, Downtown Phoenix, Arizona State University, Sky Harbor
Airport, Arizona State Fairgrounds, and Guadalupe.

AZ Interstate 10 between mile markers 142 and 156.
AZ Interstate 17 between mile markers 195 and 201.
AZ Route 51 between mile markers 1 and 6.

building.
Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
one of nature's leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder,
you are close enough to be struck by lightning.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
