* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Columbia, Lafayette, Little River, Miller and Union, Louisiana,
including the following parishes, Bienville, Bossier, Caddo,
Caldwell, Claiborne, De Soto, Jackson, Lincoln, Ouachita, Red
River, Union and Webster, southeast Oklahoma, including the
following county, McCurtain, and northeast Texas, including the
following counties, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison,
Marion, Morris, Panola, Red River, Rusk, Smith, Titus, Upshur and
Wood.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Thunderstorms forming along an upper trough, along with an
approaching MCS, could result in 2-3" rainfall rates and flash
flooding.
