* Until 1115 AM CDT.
* At 903 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain in Haynesville. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Magnolia, Homer, Waldo, McNeil, Haynesville, Emerson, Atlanta,
Village, Macedonia, Smithland, Calhoun, Athens, Lisbon, Hew Hope,
Noxobe, Spotville, Antioch, Horsehead, Marysville and Summerfield.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
