* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of East Arkansas, including the following counties, Craighead, Mississippi and Poinsett. * WHEN...Until 245 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 109 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in Trumann. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen since this morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Jonesboro, Blytheville, Osceola, Trumann, Gosnell, Manila, Marked Tree, Harrisburg, Bono, Lake City, Leachville, Lepanto, Bay, Brookland, Monette, Caraway, Tyronza, Keiser, Weiner and Joiner. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
