* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of East Arkansas, including the following
counties, Craighead, Mississippi and Poinsett.
* WHEN...Until 545 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 233 PM CDT, Between 3 and 8 inches of rain have fallen
across the area today. Up to one more inch of rain is
expected before the rain ends.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Jonesboro, Blytheville, Osceola, Trumann, Gosnell, Manila,
Marked Tree, Harrisburg, Bono, Lake City, Leachville,
Lepanto, Bay, Brookland, Monette, Caraway, Tyronza, Keiser,
Weiner and Joiner.

Instruction:
