* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following area,
Clay, Southeast Missouri, including the following areas, Dunklin
and Pemiscot, and West Tennessee, including the following areas,
Benton TN, Carroll, Decatur, Dyer, Gibson, Henderson, Henry, Lake,
Obion and Weakley.
* WHEN...Through late Saturday night.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread 2 to 3 inches of rainfall has fallen across
portions of the Missouri Bootheel and northwest Tennessee
over the past 24 hours with at least two more rounds of
thunderstorms expected over the next 36 hours.
