* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of northwest Arkansas, including the following counties, Benton and Carroll and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Central and Southern Sequoyah, Cherokee, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Haskell, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Northeast Osage, Northern Sequoyah, Nowata, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Southeast Osage, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington OK and Western Osage. * WHEN...Until noon CDT today. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms with heavy rainfall will continue through Saturday morning.
