- Thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon and
overnight across northeast Oklahoma along a boundary. Slow-
moving and/or training thunderstorms in a moist environment
will have the potential to drop locally heavy rainfall
totals, on the order of 3 to 7 inches. With soils fairly
saturated, most of this rainfall will be runoff and lead to
quick onset flash flooding.
