* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of northwest Arkansas, including the following
counties, Benton and Carroll.
* WHEN...Until noon CDT today.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Moderate rain will continue for a couple more hours before
moving off to the east. Up to another half inch of rain is
possible in the watch area.
