* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following counties, Crittenden, Cross, Mississippi, Poinsett and St. Francis and West Tennessee, including the following counties, Fayette, Haywood, Lauderdale, Shelby and Tipton. * WHEN...Until 115 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1147 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3+ inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bartlett, Southaven, Collierville, Germantown, Olive Branch, West Memphis, Forrest City, Marion, Brownsville, Millington, Covington, Wynne, Osceola, Earle, Luxora, Parkin, Wilson, Madison, Tyronza and Meeman Shelby Forest State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
