* WHAT...Warm and humid conditions with elevated overnight
temperatures. High temperatures in the mid 70s to near 80 at the
beaches to near 90 further inland expected.
* WHERE...Orange County Coastal Areas and San Diego County Coastal
Areas.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Wednesday to 8 PM PDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses.
Instruction:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
