* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Kings Canyon NP, Sequoia NP, South End of the Upper Sierra,
Upper San Joaquin River, and Yosemite NP outside of the valley.
* WHEN...From 11 AM Friday to 5 AM PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
