* WHERE...Portions of Inyo County, including the Eastern Sierra
Slopes and the Owens Valley.
* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 11 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong cross winds could impact portions of US
395. Areas of blowing dust are possible as well.
