* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with high temperatures as hot as
100 to 110 through Saturday and low temperatures as warm as the
70s and lower 80s expected.
* WHERE...Apple and Lucerne Valleys.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events.
Instruction:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
