EASTERN KERN COUNTY. 80 TO 90 PERCENT PROBABILITY OF GUSTS
EXCEEDING 30 MPH AT LAKE ISABELLA.
* HUMIDITY...EASTERN KERN COUNTY MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY
BETWEEN 12-20 PERCENT. LAKE ISABELLA MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITY BETWEEN 25-35 PERCENT.
* THUNDERSTORMS...NO THUNDERSTORM THREAT
