Description:
At 510 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Fowler, or 24 miles east of Pueblo Airport, moving
southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and three inch hail.
SOURCE...Spotters reported a funnel cloud over Fowler. Intense
rotation is indicated by radar with this dangerous storm.
2.25 inch hail was reported near Olney Springs.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
