* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central Elbert County in east central Colorado... * WHEN...Until 300 AM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1204 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Reed Springs Creek, East Bijou Creek, Water Gulch, Agate Creek, Wilson Creek, Muddy Creek, Middle Bijou Creek, First Creek, Key Creek and West Bijou Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Agate.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
