* AFFECTED AREA...In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 295 Southwest Colorado Upper East Forecast Area below 9000 feet. * TIMING...For the Red Flag Warning, from 1 PM to 8 PM MDT Monday. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening. * WINDS...West 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...6 to 11 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
