* AFFECTED AREA...In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 203 Lower Colorado River below 8000 feet. * TIMING...For the Red Flag Warning, from noon to 9 PM MDT Friday. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Saturday morning through Saturday evening. * WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...9 to 14 percent. * IMPACTS...Elevated fire danger is expected. Fires will catch and spread rapidly and erratically.
