* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 225, 229 and 230. * WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 65 mph today. The strongest gusts will occur this morning. Southwest winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph on Tuesday. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 7 percent. * IMPACTS...Extreme fire danger is expected. Fires could spread uncontrollably and be very destructive today.
