* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of southwest Colorado, including the following areas, Northwest San Juan Mountains and the Gold Mountain Burn Scar. * WHEN...Until 8 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in debris flows as well as flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall over the last few days has saturated soils across the San Juan Mountains.
