* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. Excessive
runoff and debris flow will be possible over the Willow Burn scar,
as well as areas surrounding the Chalk Cliffs.
* WHERE...A portion of central Colorado, including the following
areas, Eastern Sawatch Mountains Above 11000 Feet, Lake County
Below 11000 Feet, and Western Chaffee County Between 9000 and 11000
Feet.
* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected Wednesday
afternoon and evening, with heavy rainfall posing a flash
flooding risk over susceptible areas.
