* AFFECTED AREA...In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 292 North Fork Forecast Area and Fire Weather Zone 294 Southwest Colorado Upper West Forecast Area. * TIMING...For the first Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM Saturday to midnight MDT Saturday night. For the second Red Flag Warning, from noon to 10 PM MDT Sunday. * WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Elevated fire danger is expected. Fires will catch and spread rapidly and erratically.
