Northern Yuma County in northeastern Colorado... * Until 800 PM MDT. * At 654 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles west of Highland Center, or 21 miles west of Holyoke, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Two inch hail and 70 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. * This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northern Yuma County, including the following locations... Clarkville and Wauneta. This includes Highway 385 between mile markers 257 and 268.
