* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with prolonged afternoon temperatures in the 100 to 106 range this weekend into early next week. Warm night time temperatures will bring little to no relief overnight. * WHERE...In Colorado, Central Yampa River Basin, Lower Yampa River Basin, Debeque to Silt Corridor, and Grand Valley. In Utah, Arches/Grand Flat and Eastern Uinta Basin. * WHEN...From noon Saturday to midnight MDT Monday Night. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat events. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Near record temperatures are possible especially Sunday into Monday during the peak of this event.
Instruction: 
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Stay cool, stay hydrated, stay informed.
