* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...All of eastern Utah and western Colorado including several
recent burn scars.
* WHEN...Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks,
streams, slot canyons, slick rock areas, recent burn scars, and
other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in
poor drainage and urban areas.
