COLORADO AND SOUTHEASTERN UTAH FOR AREAS AROUND ONGOING WILDFIRES...
Several large wildfires developed across the region yesterday and
exhibited extreme wildfire behavior. Atmospheric conditions are
on track to be similar today as yesterday, and thus rapid wildfire
spread will again be possible. The most concerning conditions are
generally located near current wildfires, but any new wildfire
development will also be capable of extreme behavior.

Weather Zone 294 Southwest Colorado Upper West Forecast Area

* TIMING...For the Red Flag Warning, from noon today to 10 PM
MDT this evening. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Monday
afternoon through Monday evening.
* WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...7 to 12 percent.
* IMPACTS...Extreme fire danger is expected. Fires will spread
uncontrollably and could be very destructive.
Instruction:
This is a Particularly Dangerous Situation that poses a
significant threat to life and property in the event of a wildfire
start. Residents are urged to assemble an emergency supply kit
and know their evacuations routes. In some cases, safe and timely
evacuation may not be possible should a fire approach. Have
multiple ways to receive instructions from emergency services, and
evacuate if ordered to or if a fire approaches.
