Description:
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southern Connecticut, including the following
county, Fairfield.
* WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 308 PM EDT, Doppler radar continued to show moderate to
occasionally heavy rain falling across the area. The Still
River at Brookfield was near action stage. This is causing
minor urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 4 inches
of rain have fallen since last night.
- A steady rain will likely continue into the evening with
rates up to 0.25 to 0.50 inches and hour. This additional
rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Danbury, Ridgefield, Bethel and Brookfield.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
