* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southern Connecticut, including the following county, Fairfield. * WHEN...Until 230 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 825 PM EDT, Flooding from previous heavy rainfall is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain fell Sunday night through Monday evening. The Still River at Brookfield is slowly subsiding. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
