* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southern Connecticut, including the following
counties, Fairfield, Middlesex, New Haven and New London.
* WHEN...Until 1245 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1118 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the
advisory area.

Bridgeport, New Haven, Waterbury, Norwalk, Danbury, Meriden,
Milford, Middletown, Wallingford, Norwich, Shelton,
Naugatuck, New London, Guilford, Southbury, New Canaan,
Colchester, Clinton, East Hampton and Groton.
