* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Litchfield County in northwestern Connecticut and Dutchess and Ulster Counties in eastern New York. * WHEN...From 2 AM EDT Monday through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected tonight through early Tuesday. With abundant moisture in place, showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing very heavy downpours. This may lead to flash flooding, especially within urban and poor drainage areas.
