There is an additional severe thunderstorms approaching Torrington that will enter the warning area in the next 20 to 25 minutes. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines. * Locations impacted include...
