* WHAT...A Typhoon Warning remains in effect through at least Tuesday night. * WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Damaging winds expected from through early Tuesday morning. Destructive typhoon force winds expected early Monday morning through Monday afternoon with the passage of Super Typhoon Bavi. * IMPACTS...Sustained winds of near 160 kt with gusts to 175 kt near the center. Seas of up to 45 feet near the storm center. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Typhoon conditions, including winds of 64 knots or more, are expected very soon as Super Typhoon Bavi (09W) enters the Marianas coastal waters and heads for Rota. Bavi is maintaining strength as a Category 5 during passage across the region. The forecast track will likely continue to have minor track shifts during the next 12 hours. All of the islands are still expected to continue seeing impacts from Bavi for much of today and tonight.
Instruction: 
Prepare for the imminent passage of a catastrophic typhoon early this morning. Destructive winds are expected today, especially in Rota waters. All vessels should have been secured by now and shall not venture out. Conditions are expected to be catastrophic for small craft, and extremely dangerous for any vessels of larger size.
