Description: 
* WHAT...Typhoon Warning remains in effect through at least Tuesday night. * WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Damaging winds expected through early Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Sustained winds of near 50 to 70 kt with gusts to 100 kt and seas of 15 to 25 ft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Typhoon conditions, including winds of 64 knots or more, are continuing as Super Typhoon Bavi (09W) exits the region to the WNW. With this, winds will gradually decrease across the Marianas, however, tropical storm force conditions are expected to continue overnight, departing sometime in the early morning hours.
Instruction: 
Destructive winds are occurring today, especially in western Rota waters. All vessels should have been secured by now and shall not venture out. Conditions are expected to be catastrophic for small craft, and extremely dangerous for any vessels of larger size.
