Description: 
* WHAT...Typhoon Warning remains in effect through at least tonight. * WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Damaging winds expected through early Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Sustained winds to 45 kt with gusts to 60 kt and seas of 15 to 25 ft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Super Typhoon Bavi (09W) pulls away to the west-northwest, winds will gradually decrease across the Marianas. Tropical storm force conditions are expected to continue overnight, subsiding below damaging levels sometime in the early morning hours. For small craft operations, dangerous marine conditions still persist through Wednesday night.
Instruction: 
All vessels should have been secured by now and shall not venture out. Conditions are expected to be catastrophic for small craft, and extremely dangerous for any vessels of larger size.
