* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of Big Bend Florida, including the following counties, Franklin and Wakulla. * WHEN...Until 1015 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 916 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Carrabelle, Crawfordville, Sopchoppy, Curtis Mill, Mcintyre, Buckhorn, Saint Teresa, Panacea-Wakulla Airport, Turkey Point, Panacea, Medart, Sanborn, Alligator Point, Tully, Lanark Village and Arran. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
