* WHAT...Heightened probability that heat indices will exceed 108
degrees for two or more hours.
* WHERE...Coastal Collier County and Inland Collier County Counties.
* WHEN...From 11 AM to 6 PM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.
Instruction:
Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
