Ratliff, or near Callahan, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Callahan, Ratliff, and Nassau Village-Ratliff.
