At 352 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Orange Springs, or 7 miles northeast of Fort McCoy, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 45 to 55 mph, pea size hail, and excessive cloud-to-ground lightning. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Excessive cloud-to-ground lightning is occurring. Locations impacted include... Interlachen, Lake Delancy, Welaka, and Hog Valley.
