increased in duration for the following rivers in Florida...
Shoal River Near Crestview affecting Okaloosa County.
For the Shoal River...including Crestview...Moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Shoal River near Crestview.
* WHEN...From Friday evening until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Residential areas on the south bank of
river near Crestview become isolated. Rattlesnake Bluff Road
closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 5.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow evening and continue rising to a crest of 12.3 feet
early Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
